How to manage your site prices using Rate Plans

Learn how to update prices using the new rate plans

Park is rolling out a new rate plan system that makes it easier to manage pricing across multiple sites—and paves the way for upcoming date-based pricing. This article will walk you through how to use these updated settings to adjust prices, switch rate plans, and create new ones.

🔄 What’s New?

Previously, prices were managed site by site. With the updated Rate Plans, you can now:

  • Apply the same pricing across multiple sites.
  • Edit prices in one place and have them automatically update across all linked sites.
  • Easily switch a site to a different rate plan.
  • Create brand-new rate plans for unique pricing tiers.

✏️ How to Edit Prices for a Site

  1. Click the site to open the Settings Panel.
  1. You’ll now see a Rate Plan card showing the nightly, weekly, and monthly rates.
  1. Click Edit Rate.
  1. Adjust the prices as needed.
  1. Click Save.
💡 Note: Changes will apply to all sites that share the same rate plan.

🔁 Switching a Site to a Different Rate Plan

If you need to switch a site to a different existing rate plan:

  1. Open the site’s settings.
  1. Click Switch Rates.
  1. Select the appropriate existing rate plan.
  1. Click Save.

That site will now share prices with the selected rate plan group.

➕ Creating a New Rate Plan

To assign a site to a brand-new price category:

  1. Open the site settings.
  1. Click Switch Rates.
  1. Click New Rate Plan at the bottom.
  1. Name your new rate plan (e.g., "Deluxe Site").
  1. Set the nightly, weekly, and monthly prices as applicable.
  1. Click Create and Save.

Once created, you can assign other sites to this new rate plan by following the same process.

✅ Summary

With the new rate plan system, you can:

  • Manage pricing more efficiently across your campground.
  • Make global changes to pricing tiers.
  • Prepare for powerful new features like date-based pricing (coming soon!).
