Managing Payouts for Stripe
For payments collected through Park, you can control when and how funds are deposited into your bank account by managing your payout settings directly in Stripe.
This guide will walk you through:
- Viewing your Stripe balance
- Sending an instant/manual payout
- Setting up automatic payouts
- Choosing a payout schedule
Accessing Your Stripe Account
- Log into your Stripe account.
- In the top left corner, confirm you are viewing the correct Stripe account.
You will see your business or park email/name listed there.
In the example below, the account shown is Park’s Test Park.
Viewing Your Stripe Balance
- From the left-side navigation menu, click Balances.
- Here you will see:
- Your current Stripe balance
- Pending funds
- Available funds ready for payout
This page gives you an overview of the money currently held in your Stripe account. “Available” funds can be paid out immediately, while “Incoming” funds need to settle before they can be paid out. Funds are typically made available on a 3-day rolling basis.
Sending a Manual Payout
If you would like to transfer funds to your bank account immediately:
- Navigate to the Balances page.
- Click the Pay Out button.
- Follow the prompts to complete the payout.
This option is useful if you prefer to manually control when funds are deposited.
Managing Your Payout Schedule
Stripe also allows you to automate payouts on a schedule.
To configure payout settings:
- From the Balances page, click the arrow next to Manage Payouts.
- Select Manage payout schedule.
A settings window will open where you can choose your preferred payout method.
Available Payout Options
Stripe offers the following payout schedules:
Manual Payouts: You manually initiate payouts whenever you want funds deposited.
Daily Payouts: Funds are automatically deposited every day.
Weekly Payouts: Funds are grouped and deposited once per week.
Monthly Payouts: Funds are deposited once per month.
Choose the option that works best for your business operations and accounting preferences.
