🗺️ Updating Your Campground Map
Keeping your campground map up-to-date ensures guests know exactly what to expect when they arrive. Whether you've added new sites, renamed areas, or made layout changes, updating your map helps avoid confusion and improves the reservation experience.
🔄 Uploading a New Version of Your Map
If you have an updated version of your campground map ready to go, you can upload it directly in your General Settings:
- Go to your General Settings page: https://parkwith.us/admin/settings/camp-info
- Scroll to the Campground Map section.
- Click Upload Map to add a new file.
- Save your changes.
This will replace the current map displayed on your public reservation page and admin dashboard.
✏️ Requesting Edits to Your Park-Provided Map
If your current map was designed by the Park team and you'd like to request changes (for example: adding a new site, renaming a road, or updating icons), we’re happy to help!
Please send an email to support@poweredbypark.com with:
- A list of requested changes
- A screenshot or image of the current map with notes (if possible)
Our team will review your request and send back an updated version for approval.
