The Camp Counselor is a tool available directly from your Park dashboard that helps you learn your way around Park, discover useful features, and track important milestones.
Accessing the Camp Counselor
- Click the floating button at the bottom of your dashboard.
- Select Camp Counselor to open your merit badge sash.
Earning merit badges
Camp Counselor badges are divided into three categories:
- Onboarding — Core actions that help you learn to navigate and set up your Park account.
- Optimization — Features and tools that can help you run your campground more efficiently.
- Milestones — Badges earned automatically as your campground reaches important milestones and anniversaries.
Click any badge to see its description and learn what you need to do to unlock it.
Depending on the badge, you may also see buttons to:
- Learn more about the feature in the Park Help Center.
- Take action by going directly to the relevant page or setting in your dashboard.
Unlocking badges
Once you complete the action associated with a badge, you'll see a notification in the bottom-left corner of your dashboard.
The badge will then be permanently unlocked on your Camp Counselor sash, so you can keep track of your progress as you explore Park.
