How to Restore a Canceled or Removed Reservation

Learn how to find a canceled or removed reservation, view the reservation details, and restore the reservation back to your Reservations Calendar.

Sometimes, you may need to access a removed reservation to check the details, issue a refund, or restore the reservation back to your calendar. In this article, we’ll walk through how to find a removed reservation and the actions you can take with it.

Finding a Removed Reservation

The fastest way to find a removed reservation is by using the search box at the top of your Admin Dashboard.

  1. Click the search box at the top of your Admin Dashboard.
  1. Enter a term to search by. You can find reservations by:
    1. Name
    2. Email
    3. Phone number
    4. License plate
    5. or reservation ID
  1. A list of guest profiles and associated reservations will be returned. If you see the reservation you’re looking for, you can click on it directly to open the reservation details.

If you don’t see the reservation you’re looking for in these results, you can also access the reservation directly through the guest’s profile. Using either the search bar, or by navigating to your Guests page:

  1. Click the guest’s name to open their profile page
  1. On the right side, click the History section. This shows a record of all current reservations.
  1. Expand the removed reservations section. Click on any reservation to open its details.

Modifying a Removed Reservation

Once you have opened a removed reservation, you can take many of the same actions available for regular bookings. This includes:

  • Modifying the reservation notes
  • Issuing a refund from the history section
  • Printing a receipt
  • Modifying the guest information

You also have the option to restore the booking using the button on the bottom-left corner. This will put the reservation back on your reservations calendar. You may need to adjust new reservations to ensure there is not a date conflict with the reservation you are restoring.
