Learn how to use Reservation Quick Actions and calendar navigation tools to manage bookings faster and more efficiently. This article walks through the shortcuts available when right clicking on a reservation so you can update reservation details, process payments, message guests, and move through your calendar with ease.

Reservation Quick actions

On the reservation tab, you can right-click any reservation to access a set of quick actions that relate to that reservation.

List of Quick Actions:

  • Edit Reservation: Easily modify camper information and reservation details with a few clicks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Duplicate Reservation: Easily copy reservation information including guest, dates, sites and invoice info to the next year or a different site. Check out this help article for more information on this feature.
  • Mark as Checked-In: Indicate that a camper has arrived by applying a green check label to the reservation, improving on-site logistics.
  • View Guest: Quickly jump to that particular guests profile to edit thier information, such as phone number, name, payment methods and rig information.
  • Send Message: Message your guest directly through email or text and attach invoice and reservation information. Check out this help article for more information on the messaging feature.
  • Edit Invoice: Open the invoice related to that specific reservation to add line items, adjust amounts and send that invoice to the guest to be paid.
  • Manage Invoices: This will allow you to view all invoices related to a long term reservation and pursue actions like extending the reservation or generating a final invoice. Please note that this action is only visible to campers who have recurring and long-term rental arrangements.
  • Mark as Paid: Update the reservation status to "Paid" for clear financial tracking and transparency.
  • Take Payment: Streamline payment processes dedicated form for accepting payments. providing payment information and a link for the payment option.
  • Remove Reservation: Permanently remove a camper's reservation from the system when necessary, maintaining database accuracy.

Navigating the Reservations calendar

Quickly navigate around your reservations calendar with the navigation bar on the upper right corner of your reservations page.

  • Use the dropdown button to select specific months and dates for viewing reservations, and instantly jump to that month
  • If you have a specific date you want to jump to, you can click the date button and select from the date picker window
  • Click on the Monthly button to display the upcoming 30 days on the reservation tab, offering a more zoomed-in view of your bookings.
  • Utilize the Quarterly button to extend the view to the next 90 days, providing a more zoomed out view. This is helpful when viewing long-term, recurring reservations.
